

OUR STORY
Founded in 2021, Junk is reinventing the smash burger with a minimalist and exacting approach, focusing on quality ingredients and uncompromising execution.
From the start, the idea was simple: get back to basics. Every ingredient is rigorously selected, and each step is perfectly mastered to ensure a consistent experience, whether dining in or ordering delivery.
The first restaurant opened on Rue Montmartre in Paris, with a unique recipe and a space true to Junk’s DNA: minimalist and efficient.
Since then, Junk has expanded to several major French cities, opened in London, and is preparing to launch in Dubai. At every stage, there is one guiding principle: high standards.
On the sweet side, the group also offers Puffy, its New York-style cookie brand with a unique texture: soft in the centre, crispy on the outside, generous and utterly indulgent.
In 2025, the growth continues with new openings in London and the ambition to establish a lasting presence in major European capitals.
The objective remains unchanged: to deliver a powerful experience, in carefully designed spaces, using the best possible ingredients.
